The Day She Cried | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: The Day She Cried by K. Webster When I read this novel, I feel that people should not believe in someone so much. Like her (female character), she had been betrayed by her best friend too many times, who happened to always stab her behind her back and ran away. And, it actually began with that… This story shows a ton of ugliness of sadness and some happiness within the characters—the people who always smile don’t mean that they’re always happy. So, before you say something to depressed people, please consider their feelings; otherwise, you’ll regret it later when he/she decides to end their lives because of you. In the end, the alive characters get what they deserve. Cruel people suffer from their sins, and good people finally find their happiness. Last but not least, I cried a lot. Not recommend for: Too sensitive people who can’t handle too much pain of the characters, but if you aren’t and brave enough, give this book a chance, it will open your eyes to how you...

Dirty Ugly Toy | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Dirty Ugly Toy by K. Webster FLAWED. DEPRESSED. HARDSHIP. MATURE CONTENTS. DEEP UNDERSTANDING FROM LIFE: Dirty Ugly Toy First thing first, I’d like to warn some people who are so sweet and ‘innocent’ and can’t tackle the too rough and deep shits in life to kindly not read this book. Anyways, if you can put that mind aside, read this book with a deep understanding and empathy, I am sure you will love this book as much as I do. I have nothing to say besides that I value this book so much that it makes me cry, hurt and bittersweet when I was reading and a brief summary of what the author has for us in the book. Though this story is about incredibly flawed characters who have gone through many difficult things in life, I personally love it so much. Female character: She is dirty. Yeah, like the title, she is so much far from the definition of perfection. Dirty, ugly, depressed, but still elegant. Male character: Crazy, dominant, cruel but soft-hearted to her. The Dirty Ugl...

Crybaby | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Crybaby by K. Webster Crybaby is another novel from our classic author: K. Webster. I have read a few novels of her books already, and this is one of my favorites. SAD. HAPPY. PATHETIC. DEPRESSED But mostly extremely cute. She is crippled and hopeless, and he is hot, smart, and handsome. Every therapist runs away because of her childish attitude—he says, annoyedly and angrily until he gets a touch from a young lady. He decides he will choose her and helps through predicaments in her life. She is depressed and sad, and young, but he desires to make her happy again. How cute, right? The story is really incredible. I love how the author depicts one’s problem in real life and urges us to not give up because one day someone would come and help us. Believe in God, there are a lot of good people out there. Eventually, the rain of sadness will stop, and the rainbows of happiness will rise. So, author @authorkwebster if you see this review, I want to say thank you very much for...

Thieves 2 Lovers | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Thieves 2 Lovers by JD Hollyfield & K. Webster Another rom-com book from my favorite authors. It's one of the amazing stories that I have ever read. Thick as thieves... It's an exciting story because: The chemistry between the two protagonists is lovable. I love how they care for each other and always be there for one another when one of them is down. It shows that even if we start off as a friend doesn't mean we can not feel anything for each other. Love is when we have each other's back all the time, and it is what the story is all about. Also, I love their family, including the brothers and sisters who are so ridiculous and funny. It feels so warm to have a family that is always there for you and supports you—brothers who are always possessive over their sister even sometimes it can be annoying, but it's good to have a few people that always care about you. Lastly, I don't have too much to say about this story because again, it's...

After Series by Anna Tod | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: After Series by Anna Tod After series: Book 1, Book 2, and Book 3 ⁣ ⁣ Book 1: The book was kinda thrilling for me because it's about the life of college students. It was a freshman year for me when I read it, so I was curious about it. Therefore, I decided to give it a chance. ⁣ ⁣ Tessa Young is a hard-working student who joins college for the first time, intending to get a new experience about a new level of life. ⁣ ⁣ Book 2: After book 1, I considered that life in college was both tough outside and inside the story. Outside, since I was a freshman, I knew that college was not only exciting but also everything we had expected to happen in college was not always going to the way we wanted. ⁣ ⁣ Hence, we have to adapt as much as possible to fit in every situation and different types of students. ⁣ ⁣ Book 3: Book 1, and Book 2 taught me how to deal with college while Book 3 told me that life is our choice. ⁣ ⁣ You can choose whatever you desire, but you should know ...

Love Broken | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Love Broken by JD Hollyfield Love broken!⁣  ⁣ In sum, I love it!⁣ ⁣ Why?⁣ ⁣ It's so relatable, or at least to me. I am not saying that I have already met someone like Charlie Bates in my real life, but at least it is something that I find related to me when Katie Beller aka Bailey Swan is a writer, writing about love, yet she has no experience with it. ⁣ ⁣ It's so funny and bitter when you don't have love, but you seem to know a lot about it than any other people who experience it a ton of times. You hate 'love' because you see that many people are heartbroken because of that damn thing. ⁣ ⁣ One more thing about this story that I find fascinating is that Katie writes the book is because she wants to express her thoughts rather than money and fame. I love this kind of person, though. Humble people are always my weakness. Anyway, I have got to know that, sometimes, if you aren't too desperate and give your temptation up, something good will come u...

Twist Me Series | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Twist Me Series by Anna Zaires ⁣Twist me - Anna Zaires Keep me - Anna Zaires Hold me - Anna Zaires and Dima Zales These books are erotic, sinful, intense, and the male character is possessive, strong and greedy. Besides, he also is an alpha male. If you want to read dark romance, these books are obviously yours. "And at that moment, I feel possessed by him, like he's taking more than just my body. Like he's laying claim to something deep within me, bringing out a side of me that I never knew existed. Because in his arms, I experience something I have never felt before. A primitive and completely irrational sense of belonging..." - Nora It shows that after being captived by Julian, Nora has turned from a normal girl to someone she doesn't know she could be—she gets Stockholm syndrome as she falls deeply in love with her captor. I love it when Julian does everything to protect Nora at all costs, even if he finds it hard to act like a man who...

Terminal 19 | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Terminal 19 by L.R Olson If you lose hope and want to find a book, which can inspire you, I will recommend 'Terminal 19' to you. This book talking about the girl named, 'Hope' who is hopeless in her life because she has cancer, is inspiring people to live to the fullest. ⁣ ⁣ Hope is dying, so she goes on a trip to Scandinavia to finish her bucket list before she dies. ⁣She wants to find a Scandinavian Hottie and lose her virginity, but it turns out that she falls in love with him. ⁣She has no choice, but to return home, not wanting to fall deeper. ⁣ The book sounds depressing, right?⁣ ⁣ But I can assure you that you will find something to laugh about along with the story. ⁣After all, the book provides readers a whole lot of emotions in it. ⁣It's not just what it looks like, but it is more than that. The book is indeed wonderful.⁣ ⁣ Thank author, ⁣@lr.olsonauthor for writing this fantastic book ⁣⭐⭐⭐⭐

WALLBANGER | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]:  WALLBANGER BY Alice Clayton ⁣Wallbanger!⁣ ⁣ Let's get into it. ⁣ ⁣ This is a rom-com book, talking about a girl with sexual frustration, and the wallbanger who is sexually active. It's started as they are neighbors. ⁣ I laugh since the beginning of the chapter. ⁣ ⁣ The way they give each other nicknames is cute and funny. ⁣ ⁣ Something that I find distracted about this story, though, is that they have too many friends, and it makes my head hurt, trying to think who is who. ⁣ ⁣ But most of all, the book is good, so if you want to laugh your butt off, go and check it out. I am sure it's great.⁣ ⁣ Thank author, @authoraliceclayton⁣ for spending your time on this great book ⭐⭐⭐ ⁣ Let's get into it. ⁣ ⁣

Sundays are for hangovers | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]:  Sundays are for hangovers by JD Hollyfield & K. Webster If you ask me to give you a recommendation of a rom-com novel, I am sure as hell that I'd mention this to you. SUNDAYS ARE FOR HANGOVERS! This book made me laugh since the first chapter. Lilith and Will are enemies who find each other annoying all the time. It's cute that they both care about each other, and even unintentionally get jealous. The way they argue is adorable and laughable. When Lilith tricked Will that she has had sex with another man, it is so funny that I can't stop thinking about it. The plots are great, comic most of the time. At the end of the story, it's so freaking cute when Will accused his son of stealing his money to buy something for his mother. He looked a lot like his father, though, especially his bowtie. I have finished this book on 31, December 2019. This masterpiece really made my new year's eve special. Thank you, authors, @authorjdhollyfield & @...

The Dark Duet | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: The Dark Duet by CJ Robers After finishing this series, I suddenly felt glad that I finally did it because I was so frustrated and empathetic for the main characters at the same time. I craved the end. Both of them had a really bad childhood, but it turned out they cured each other even if Caleb was cruel to Livvie at the beginning. It made me a lot uncomfortable and disgusting when Caleb let Livvie satisfy other men in the second book. I HATE IT! It's untolerable for me. The first book was intense. The second book was even more. The third one was unsatisfying, for me.   ALERT: READ THE BOOKS BEFORE THIS! Actually, I didn't really understand the end (their future). I was frustrated and confused with the book because I have expected a small Caleb or Livvie to run around happily with their parents after being in the most breakdown of life for a few years. Dark romance books are twisted, intolerable, devastated, sinful, erotic, and messy all at once, and these ...

Debt Inheritance | Book Reviews |

[ Book Review ]: Debt Inheritance by Pepperwinters I have spent two months finishing Indebted ( 7 books ). And, I love them so much only because I love dark romance. Through the process of reading these books, I have experienced every kind of emotion, including sad, happy (not really), livid, and of course, intense. It's intense, sinful, and dark! The first thing that caught my attention to read the first book and continued it until the end was that the books were written in a beautiful style. The way the author wrote in these books was aesthetic, at least to me. I have seen many reviews on these books, though, and I could say that most of them were really frustrated by the characters to the point that it made them dislike these books. I don't blame them because it's true. Sometimes, I also felt that way, but it's not too much to make me despise it. These books have taught me a lot, though.😂 They were the first ones that killed the WHOLE virginity of my mind by its...
